What I like about having a newsletter is the speed with which you get feedback. Very few people respond to my Google polls. But those who do, supply valuable information.

I worked on a project where the company claimed there was no feedback and they sure weren’t looking for it.
However, it was all over Reddit. Nobody even thought to Google their name and see what people were saying.
